Shipping & returns

Ordering through Hawk Miniatures online shop is very simple. Just click add to shopping cart and the item is added to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart in the top menu and proceed to Checkout.

Due to the way, Royal Mail charges for postage in the UK Hawk Miniatures calculates postage based upon weight. The shipping will therefore be charged at the real cost.  

Postage will be automatically calculated at the Checkout, there is also an option to estimate postage within the shopping cart as well..

Hawk Miniatures accepts no responsibility for delay or loss of postal items. Please note that if a parcel has been signed for OR delivered to the address, we will NOT issue a refund or send a replacement. Royal Mail only offers compensation up to £50.00 therefore we strongly recommend that you choose Signed/Tracked shipping for large or expensive orders.

For orders over £75.00, Hawk Miniatures will undertake to insure the parcel for its full commercial value if the item is being sent Signed/Tracked, at no additional cost to you.

Regrettably, we are no longer in a position to offer free shipping on orders due to the increase in Royal Mail and courier costs. Shipping of SOME international orders over 2kg will be partially paid by us, to cover insurance and private courier costs as these are not sent by Royal Mail.
